Havana Syndrome Network™ is a civilian support and advocacy network dedicated to helping establish medical, legal, and investigative pathways for civilians reporting Havana Syndrome / AHI-like symptoms. Our mission is to support access to accurate diagnosis, neurological testing, treatment, documentation, rehabilitation, public awareness, and responsible investigation into the cause and source of reported remote assaults or harmful exposures.
Unlike many government personnel, civilians often have not received access to specialized testing, medical care, treatment, rehabilitation, or official recognition. As a result, many are left without proper support and are too often redirected into mental health care instead of receiving appropriate neurological evaluation and medical attention. Our purpose is to advocate for recognition, documentation, research, medical access, and resource development for civilians suffering from these debilitating symptoms and injuries. Through public surveys and data collection, we seek to help inform leaders, lawmakers, medical professionals, and public agencies so that meaningful resources, protections, and support systems can be developed for Havana Syndrome Civilian Victims in the United States.
