- Thermal Imaging Scan – Thermography centers. Speak with your primary care provider if going through your medical insurance and search for an in-network provider. If paying out of pocket, search for an affordable one in your area through your state medical providers list.
- Muscle, Body, Nerve pain – Tub baths, warm water or cold water. Use 1 – 2 cups Epsom salt or Baking soda. Some Victims take a bath everyday, others once a week.
- Drink WATER! Non-alcoholic fluids.
- Add fresh fruits: pineapple, bananas, etc. and vegetables to your daily food intake.
- Herbal teas – Peppermint, Ginger or squeeze fresh lemon juice & hot water.
- Daily exercise –If indoors use online YouTube videos, look at them till YOU find the those you like. You can switch up from time to time.
- Dry eyes – Daily Eye wash to help keep your eyes moistened and helps minimize darkness around eyelids.
- Acoustic Vibrations – Canopy bed, put sheet of wood on top, then place ACOUSTIC PANELS to help buffer the pulsing &/or vibrations from above.
- After bath, shower – Rub, massage lotion on to keep your body moisturized, which interferes with their connection to your body.
- Use fan to circulate air in your home, to obstruct the EXTERNAL energy in your space.
- Listen to music, watch movies you like, to alleviate stress & anxiety.
- Use Ice packs or heating pads to relieve pain, choose which works best for you.

- Foam mattress – wood bed frames. No metal springs.
